Mechanical Engineering Series (MES)

The Mechanical Engineering Series is a six course sequence that covers the most important software applications for mechanical engineers and designers. The first module covers using AutoCAD from basic 2D design, editing, and details through intermediate to advanced 3D wireframe design. The second module covers 3D solid modeling from the native solids that are included within AutoCAD, to a second course which covers parametric, feature based solid modeling with Mechanical Desktop. The final module covers an introduction to finite element analysis with Autodesk Simulation Mechanical (updated Algor FEA) software. Special pricing is available for people taking the entire MES sequence. These and other courses are also available ala cart. See the separate listing for them.
